Michael H. Speck - The Power That Be, Our Glorious Leader, He Started It.
Mike Speck founded Carnage in the Corn in 2008, and has been run by it ever since. A Certified Teacher with the Society of American Fight Directors, he has studied stage combat since 2004. Besides Carnage, Speck has served on staff at the SAFD’s National Stage Combat Workshop and half a dozen regional workshops, including the Brawl of America (which he co-founded in 2014, inspired by a mad vision of forcing his workshops to fight each other for their very survival). He considered making this bio an extended series of corn-based puns, but failed to produce any.
